STAFF REPORT
The Library Board of Trustees voted to grant a 3% cost of living adjustment
to their part-time employees, at their meeting of 5-19-38. This is consis-
tent with the 3% increase approved by the Council for all general employees
effective July 4, 1988.
The approximate cost for this fiscal year will be $5900, including retro-
active pay to July 4, 1988. The Acting City Librarian indicates there are
sufficient funds in the current budget for this increase as a result of salary
savings.
