STAFF REPORT
The contract for this project was awarded for the low bid
price of $49,870.00, plus an additional $7,744.00 by Change Order
No. One, for a total contract price of $57,614.00.
The actual final contract price is $58,380.85,

remain, and be resurfaced. However, during construction it was
determined that the resurfacing would be of insufficient
thickness. Change Order No. Two was issued to direct the
Contractor to grind 1 inch of the existing pavement.
All work was satisfactorily completed as of 10-24-88.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and
that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien
period.
