Finance: Council Notes: ]:'.0262 Agenda Item No. ~~ I' I c."y OF SAN BERNAR"P1~JO - REQUE,C!"T FOR COUt,JCIL ACTq,,)N STAFF REPORT Subject: Rialto Avenue/Walnut Street Interim Policy Document Study Mayor and Council Meeting of November 21, 1988 The Mayor and Council have requested that a public hearing be held on November 21, 1988 to redesignate the area bounded by Rialto Avenue, Walnut Street, Lytle Creek and the A.T. & S. F. Railroad. Property owners in the area have raised concerns about the appro- priateness of the RS (Residential Suburban) designation assigned to a portion of the area. Staff is requesting additional time to com- plete a land use analysis with recommended options for the area and to properly notify all property owners.
