Synopsis of Pr~iQU,~~~pu.ncilaction:
June, 1987 .~ Allocation of $144,000, under 1987-88 Park Construction Fee Fund,
approved, for replacement of lighting systems at 4 baseball fields.
Findings made that replacement of lighting systems needed for
health and safety reasons.
Plans approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids.
Resolution No. 88-42 adopted, awarding a contract for the low-
bid price of $199,712.00.

Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the contractor, for the Improvement of
Lighting System for Newmark, San-Ri, & Palm Little League Field,
& Elk's Pony Field, in accordance with Plan No. 7368, be approved;
and accepted; and that final payment be authorized at the
expiration of the lien period.
