Prior to the approval of staff and Miller and Schroeder to proceed with this endeavor, a policy decision should be made regarding the use of the anticipated revenues and the allocation of said funds for the approved uses and related activities. This item was placed on the supplemental agenda at the request of Councilwoman Pope-Ludlam. Additionally, pertinent information received from Miller and Schroeder Financial, Inc., was not received in time for this matter to be placed on the regular agenda of the Mayor and Common Council. I recommend adoption of the form motion. ~I~ Kenneth J.
