Synopsis of Previous Council action:
09-19-88 --- The Real Property Section was authorized to terminate the
month to month rental of the premises located at 181 S.
"G" Street with Garden State Paper Co., effective
December 31, 1988.
Recommended motion:
That the Real Property Section be authorized to extend the termination of the
month to month lease of the premises located at 181 S. "G" Street, with
, , S?':l.E~n State Paper Co. , from December 31, 1988 to March 31, 1989. No
~ extension shall be authorized. 30 days from today staff shall
report on tenant's progress in vacating the premises. Tenant does not
hereby obtain any leasehold interest in the premises.
