STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of this relief sewer have been
prepared by the Engineering Division, and the project is ready to
be advertised for bids.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 28,600
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1821) 4,430
Sub-Total $ 33,030
Contingencies (15%)::t 4,970
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 38,000
An amount of $50,000 has been allocated, under Account
No. 245-365-57726, to finance the costs incurred for this project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
