approved.
That Change Order No. One to the contract with Fernando
Ortega, for construction of Phase II-B of Rio Vista
(Anne Shirrells) Park, in accordance with Plan No. 7038,

existing scoreboard at Fiscalini Field and re-install

STAFF REPORT
Installation of a new scoreboard was included in the bid
documents as Additive Alternate No. 10. The price submitted by
the low bidder for this alternate was $9,427.00. This alternate
was not included in the contract award, due to a shortage of funds.
The Contractor has quoted a price of $3,500 to remove the
old existing scoreboard at Fiscalini Field, and re-install it at
the Little League Baseball Field being constructed at Rio Vista
(Anne Shirrells) Park.
We feel that this is a reasonable price for the work in-
volved, and recommend that Change Order No. One be approved.
SYNOPSIS OF PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION Continued

the low bid price of $328,416.50.
