1. Request for Closed Session to discuss pending
litigation.
Motion:
That the Common Council recess to Closed Session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to
confer with its attorney regarding pending litiga-
tion which has been initiated formally and to which
the City is a party. The title of the litigation
is DeTinne vs. City of San Bernardino, Superior
Court Case Nos. 214093 and 222068.
2. Request for exemption from payment of fees for use
of Council Chambers -- March 30, 1988 -- 7:00 p.m.
to 10:00 p.m. -- C.H.A.R.G.E. (Concerned Homeowners
Association for Responsible Growth and Environment)
