The project consists of installing a 72" diameter storm drain within a 151 easement. Property owners have installed various improvements within the storm drain easement, such as walls, trees, walks, etc., that will necessarily have to be removed to allow installation of the storm drain. The property owners have been notified of the proposed construction, in order to allow time to remove any improvements they desire to salvage. Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost: Total $208,250 20,000 $228,250 34,250 $262,500 Construction Contract Engeering and Inspection (W.O. #1766) Sub-Total Contingencies (15%) :t An amount of $200,000 has been allocated from the storm Drain Construction Fund to finance the costs that will be incurred. It appears that supplemental funds will be required from the available balance in the Storm Drain Construction Fund. It is recommended that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids. 1-22-86 75-0264 ~- 'J . '. , 'I . . . ~_u. _ 591\ r \ , \, .. j: , ~:, ::> -.- -- San "'nardlno' County .
