Synopsis of Previous Commission/Council action:
3-3-86 City Engineer directed to study feasibility of initiating an assessment
district.
Recommended motion: (Mayor and Common Council)
That the City Engineer and City Clerk are authorized to proceed with initiating
proceedings for the establishment of an assessment district under the provisions of
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913/15 and that the City Engineer is directed to
prepare an Engineer's Report for the proposed construction and installation of all off
site improvements and undergrounding of utilities in the Central City South area.
