AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9.90.010 OF THE M.C. - ISSUE NOTICES TO APPEAR FOR VIOLATIONS - Item continued. The City Attorney was direct- ed to change the amendment to indicate that "all custodial arrests t/. shall be made only by sworn officers of the San Bernardino Police Department" and bring item back to Committee. 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 15.28.170 OF THE M.C. TO PROVIDE THAT A RECORDED NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE NOTICE TO ANY BENEFICIARY OF A TRUST DEED, LIENHOLDER, MORTGAGEE OR INTERESTED PARTY OF PROPERTY INVOLVED IN THE PROCEEDINGS - The Committee recommended approval. Request for additional employee will be submitted to the Personnel Committee. 9. WATER PROBLEM ON LA HACIENDA DRIVE - Item continued.
