HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-Community Development 1 ORDINANCE NO. 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS 3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-22, GENERALLY 4 BORDERED BY RIALTO AVENUE ON THE NORTH, "E" STREET ON THE EAST, INLAND CENTER DRIVE ON THE SOUTH, AND THE 1-215 FREEWAY ON THE 5 WEST), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 6 7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8 9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San 10 Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in 11 Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by 12 reference, bordered by Rialto Avenue on the north, "E" Street 13 on the east, Inland Center Drive on the south, and the 1-215 14 Freeway on the west, is rezoned from M-l Light Industrial 15 District, M-2 General Industrial District, and C-3A Limited 16 General Commercial District to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing 17 District. 18 (PETITION NO. 86-22) 19 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by 20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal 2] Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this 22 ordinance. 23 SECTION 3.
