January 8, 1987
In any City election the Registrar of Voters provides certain ser-
vices. For the Primary of March 3, 1987, the Registrar of Voters
will prepare precinct lists, roster indexes and mailing labels to
the City of San Bernardino.
This resolution is the official document which authorizes the
Registrar to provide these services and bill the City.

2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REQUESTING THAT
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
3 PERMIT THE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS TO RENDER SERVICES TO
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, RELATING TO A MUNICIPAL ELECTION
4 TO BE HELD ON MARCH 3, 1987.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

7 SECTION 1. As authorized by section 22003 of the
8 Elections Code of the State of California, the Mayor and
9 Common Council request that the Board of Supervisors of the
10 County of San Bernardino permit the County Registrar of Voters
11 to furnish services and supplies to this City for use in the
12 Primary Municipal Election to be held on March 3, 1987. The
13 services and supplies to be provided are mailing labels
14 containing the names and addresses of all registered voters in
15 the city of San Bernardino, four indexes per polling place,
16 polling place roster indexes, and other services as may be
17 required by the City Clerk for the conduct of the election.
18 SECTION 2. The City shall reimburse the County of San
19 Bernardino for services performed when the work is completed
20 and upon presentation of a properly approved bill.
21 SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall transmit certified
22 copies of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors and the
23 Registrar of Voters of the County of San Bernardino.
