Synopsis of Previous Council action:
June, 1986 -- Allocation of $125,000 from CDBG funds approved, to complete
improvement of Patton Park South.
Recommended motion:
That the plans for improvement of Patton Park South,
in accordance with Plan No. 7169, be approved, and the
Director of Public Works/City Engineer authorized to
advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the completion of the improvement of Patton Park South
have been prepared by a landscape architect, and the project is ready to be
advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of grading, installing
irrigation system, hydrospraying turf, security lighting and constructing a
trash enclosure.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:

An amount of $125,000 was allocated from Community Development Block
Grant Funds, under Account #121-544-57595, to finance the cost of these improve-
ments. The current balance is approximately $120,000.

advertise for bids.
