Based upon concerns expressed by members of the Council relating to the amount, type and terms of the loan, the Council continued the matter to January 19, 1987. Also noted as a concern was the absence of a minute action by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board authorizing the Chairman to sign all loan documents on behalf of the Chamber. Chamber staff indicated the minutes would be forth coming. However, as of this writing, the requested minutes have not been received. Staff recommends adoption of the form motion.
