STAFF REPORT
Original Parcel t~ap No. 9506 was approved by the Planning
Commission on November 5, 1985. Revised Parcel Map No. 9506
was approved by the Planning Commission on July 22, 1986.
Tentative Parcel Map No. 9506 is a 21-parcel industrial sub-
division.
The Subdivider has indicated that they will bring in a Bond,
Certificate of Insurance, and fee will be paid prior to Council
Meeting. Also, the Improvement and Grading Plan have been
prepared and will be approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be substantially
in compliance with the tentative map and the Subdivision Map
Act. Therefore, we recommend that the Parcel Map be approved.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
2 PARCEL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION PARCEL MAP 9506, LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VELARDE STREET AND "G" STREET, NORTH OF
:~ MIL L S T R E E T, A C C E P TIN G THE P U 13 L I C DE D I CAT ION S ASS E T FOR THO ~J
SAID MAP; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD FORM OF
4 AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID SUBDIVISION, WITH TIME
FOR PERFORMANCE SPECIFIED.

BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
The Mayor and Common Council find that
8 proposed Subdivision Parcel Map 9506, located at the Southeast
9 cor n e r 0 f Vel a r deS t r e eta n d II G II S t r e e t , Nor tho f ~1 ill S t r e e t ,
10 together with the provisions for its design and improvements is
11 consistent with the General Plan of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 2: The ~1ayor of the City of San Bernardino is
13 authorized on behalf of said City to execute the standard form
14 of agreement adopted by Resolution No. 84-8 with Sima
15 Partnership, a limited partnership, for the improvements in
16 said Subdivision Parcel as are required by Title 18 of the San
17 Bernardino Municipal Code and the California Subdivision Map
18 Act. The time for performance is specified at 24 months. Said
19 improvements are specifically described and shown on Drawing
20 No. 6 8 8 2 , 6 8 8 3 , 6 8 8 4 and 6 8 8 5 , a p pro v e d and 0 n f i 1 e i nth e
21 Office of the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino.

Subdivider shall first execute the agreement referenced in
Section 2 hereof for the improvements within said Subdivision.
The City Clerk shall certify the approval and acceptance of the
Mayor and Common Council as set forth in this resolution.
