Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor, in accordance with Plan No.
7012, be approved and accepted, and that final payment be authorized
at the expiration of the lien period.

STAFF REPORT
All work under this contract was satisfactorily completed as of 12/22/86.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of $34,690.88. The
actual final contract price is $34,690.88 as awarded.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and that final
payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period.
