La'Shayla Law
On June 11,06, my niece La'Shayla Charon Gloss, was fatally murdered. Bya
careless gang member gun man who shot my niece seven times. While sitting in the
car with her friend having a conversation.
Right after, La'Shayla Gloss called her mother Charon Bass, to wish her happy
birthday the gunman open fire. Around 10:50 A.M. The suspect still hasn't been
captured.
I, Marshall Goodwill, will like to make our streets and neighborhood a safer and
better place to live. With the law change that will take gang members off the streets
for good and guns out of their hands and I trnly believe with the Shayla law it will
make a diffence and save innocent lives from becoming victims.
From, a sinless act of a gunman or a gang member the reason why I want this law to
fall under the La'Shayla law is because I want to fight back and bring her justice.
And to prevent anyone else becoming a victim like she have. By me Marshall
Goodwill, being an x-gang membe... I know the different it will make for our
community around the State of California.
The first law is La'Shayla alert: this alert will work how the amber law works.
Any gang member commit a drive by should be an all point bulletin of the
description of the car and person
The second law is any person who buy bullets from a gun store must be registered
under identification name and make and model of the bullets purchased with the
local police department by the gun store owner.
The third law is any person in possession of a loaded weapon and is not
registered to them will face life in prison this law will keep guns out of gang member
hands.
The forth law is any person or gang member commit a murder should face the
death penalty a life for a life.
The fifth law is which is very important for out streets and neighborhood this law
will take all gang members off the streets and neighborhoods around the State of -
California. And any gang members in violation of this law will face 25 years in
prison. This law is a !!an!! coni unction. Any member of a gang join forces with
a member from the same gang will be violation of this law. All gangs and
neighborhoods must have a conjunction.
The six law is any person who join a gang after the law change must face 15 years
in prison.
