We propose to furnish necessary labor, material, equipment and permits to construct the
following:
1. Construct an 1800 square feet masonry office building and a 4000 square feet dock
high warehouse building to match the construction of the existing facilities at
1389 W. Mill St.. San Bernardino.
2. Clear and grade an existing lot approximately 250'x375' that has adequate drainage
to the existing off-site improvements. Pave approximately 84,000 square feet with
4" asphalt paving. Install 1250 lineal feet of 6' high chain link fence with three
(3) strands of barb wire and double gates.

5. July 22, 1983 memo to Councilman Hernandez stating that
Certificate of Occupancy was issued on above date for
transportation of fat and bone from meat markets. Site
identified as M-l -Light Industrial District-, which
does not permit a meat processing plant but does allow a
trucking or transportation company. The use was
originally relocated by the City.
6. The City Attorney conducted an Order to Show Cause
meeting on July 21, 1983. S & S Meat Products to
undertake corrective action. Mr. Downer, County
Department of Environmental Health Services indicates
S & S Meat Products is clean and very neat. City to
continue monitoring.
