RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF T:lE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ZSTABLISiHNG WITHIN
THE EXISTING CITY SPECIAL DEPOSITS FUND AN ACCOUNT ENTITLED
"UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING TRUST".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE :1:WOR AND COml\ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, There is hereby established within the existing
City Special Deposits Fund an account entitled "Utility

Undergrounding Trust".
Monies deposited in said account shall be

segregated by project, accrue interest thereon and be reserved
for expenditure within that project area,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
