STAFF REPORT
Concourse Way was dedicated to the City by Parcel Map 8401. A
r e que s t was r e c e i v e d fro m S. P. Com mer cia 1 De vel 0 pm e n t s, 0 n
November 12, 1986, to change the street name to Club Way. With
your authorization, this office will make the necessary
investigations, notifications and prepare the appropriate
Resolution. All City Departments will be notified of the
proposed name change, and will be given opportunity for input.
S.P. Commercial Developments owns all of the abutting parcels.
Therefore, no opposition is expected to the proposed street name
change. A copy of the letter of request is attached for reference.
