Subject C. u. P. #86-40
From DAVID L. ANDERSON, DETECTIVE
SAN BERNARDINO POLICE DEPT.
Date OCTOBER 15, 1986
Approved
Date
As per our conversation here is some information regarding C.U.P. #86-40.
The area in question is in our reporting district 550. In checking
the part 1 crimes back to 1984, this area is well above the city average
for these types of crimes, especially for burglaries, thefts and assaults.
You might be aware that historically alcohol has been linked to part
crimes. The issuing of a permit for on site purchase for off site
consumption of alcohol should be given considerable thought.
Very truly yours,
