STAFF REPORT
Lenore is heavily used by children travelling to and from school. Over the years
the Department of Public Services has received complaints of no sidewalks causing
the children to walk in the street during inclement weather because of mud. With
an increase in pedestrian traffic, the department is now recommending the con-
struction of sidewalk on the east side of Lenore, south of Congress. To ensure
the resident using the area approximately 50 feet south of Congress ingress and
egress, it will be necessary to construct a driveway approach.
