STAFF REPORT
A limited number of business licenses cannot be collected
by the License Inspectors despite numerous contacts with the
individual and the application of delinquent penalties. There-
fore the Business License Division must take action in Small
Claims Court. The Court requires that the Ci ty' s representa-
tives be officially designated by the legislative body.
