Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On October 6, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council approved the transfer of
funds from closed out/completed projects into the supplemental appropriation
and authorized staff to solicit proposals.
Recommended motion:
FORM MOTION
Move to set date and time certain for consideration of supplemental CDBG
appropriation funding proposals.

STAFF REPORT
During the Fiscal Year 1986/1987 CDBG Public Hearing, the
Mayor requested in the future that staff request Council to
set a date and time certain for consideration of CDBG funding
proposals in the event the Mayor and Common Council did not
want to consider said proposals during regular meetings.
Staff is requesting the Mayor and Common Council set a date
and time certain for the consideration of supplemental CDBG
funding proposals. Inasmuch as the City's Community Develop-
ment Plan must be amended to reflect the actions taken by the
Mayor and Common Council, staff recommends that November 24,
