Recommended mation:
That the plans for construction of an addition to the restroom for
Elk's Field, at Wildwood Park, in accordance with Plan No. 6949,
be approved; and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer authorized
to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for this addition have been prepared by the Engineering Division, and
the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project consists, in
general, of constructing a 15' x 18' addition to the existing concession
building in order to provide 2 restrooms.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost.

TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST
An amount of $31,500 has been allocated from Roberti-Z'berg Funds, and $10,500 in
City Funds, under Account No. 243-363-57525, to finance the costs ~ncurred for
this addition. Supplemental funds may need to be provided, prior to award of a
contract, to fully finance this project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise
for bids.
URGENCY CLAUSE:
It is essential that authorization to advertise be granted as soon as possible,
in order to comply with the schedule established for this project.
