STAFF REPORT
MS. CHEKYL 11ILLER has complied with the requirements of Municipal Code 5.44.020
and 5.44.30, governing the permit to engage in the business of operatinq, maintaining,
or selling of coin operated game machines. MS. MILLER also agrees to be in compliance
with the provisions of Chapter 5.12 pertaining to Entertainment/Dances.
This action has been coordinated with Licensing, Building and Safety.
