Due to a mix-up, the Travel Authority Requests for DIC Moon
and Captain Benfield were not submitted at the proper time.
The reservations for attendance at the National Fire Academy
require one year advanced application and the classes are
very valuable for the personnel involved. Therefore, I felt
it important that these reservations be honored.
The confusion causing the problem has been remedied.
