STATUS REPORT - GREENBELT STUDY The Committee reviewed the report by the Planning Department. The Commit- tee recommended a change regarding necessity for a fully dedicated and improved second access. The recommendation, to be presented to the full Council on February 17, 1986 will give second access authority on a case-by-case basis to the City Fire Chief to insure that appropriate fire safety standards be maintained as a condition of development.
