Following is a cost breakdown for a typical use: Daily maintenance (4 man hours) Clerical support ( 2 man hours) Administration (1.5 man hours) Miscellaneous costs at 15% Overhead at 35% TOTAL $33.00 $11 .00 $22.00 $10.00 $27.00 $103.00 ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF FEE Advantages I. Recovers city costs and eliminates burden on taxpayer. 2. Generates revenues toward general fund. 3. Would discourage frivolous requests. 4. Would discourage requests better suited for other locations. 5. Conforms with recommendations of Arthur Young study regarding generation of revenues. Disadvantages I. Might discourage some prospective users. 2. May create ill will with non-profit organizations. 75.0264
