STAFF REPORT
Bobbitt Drive, between 9th Street and Olive Street, was constructed
as a half street. Curb and gutter was installed at 18 feet west of the
future centerline, and paving constructed.
The east half of the street was subsequently dedicated for street
and highway purposes by the adjoining property owner.
Traffic is forced to travel in the existing 18 feet of pavement.
The volume of traffic has increased to a point where this arrangement is
creating complaints and possible safety problems.
