This item was continued from the Mayor and Council meeting of
January 6, 1986 to allow for a full Council to be present
when this item was heard. At the meeting of January 6, 1986
the Council, on a 3-3 vote, moved to approve General Plan
Amendment No. 85-2, with modifications as suggested by
Councilman Quiel.
