OF SAN BERNARDI'.~ - REQUF~T FOR COUNCIL AC~'ON STAFF REPORT The owners of the area within the Southern portion of the annexa- tion had requested annexation; however, based on the recommendation of the L.A.F.C., this annexation was increased in size to include the area as it is now submi tted. This area is considered inhabited with 74 registered voters. In the event that written protests are received from less than 25% of the registered voters, the resolution approving the annexation may be adopted. However, if protests are submitted by more than 25% of the registered voters, and less than 50%, the resolution cannot be adopted. If this is the case, we recommend the resolution be continued to 3-17-86. ;,.I: -'0, '., , " 7$-0264
