Synopsis of Previous Council action:
In accordance with section 5.44.050 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
the Mayor and Common Council may approve or disapprove the issuance of a
permit for Games of Amusement.
Council has on previous occasions approved similar permits in compliance with
code requirements.
Recommended motion:
That the approval for a permit for Games of Amusement, submitted by
PHILLIP A. DeGEORGE be approved.
