2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE SUPPLEMENTAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS REGARDING THE
3 BOARD OF BUILDING COMMISSIONERS' ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS AND SPECIAL
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS REGARDING A ZONING VIOLATION IN THE
4 MATTER OF 5055 DAVID WAY, SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION l. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
8 Bernardino do hereby approve and adopt the Supplemental Findings
9 and Conclusions regarding the Board of Building Commissioners'
10 abatement proceedings and Special Findings and Conclusions
11 regarding a zoning violation in the matter of 5055 David Way, San
12 Bernardino, California, copies of which are attached hereto,
13 marked Exhibits "A" and "B" respectively, and incorporated herein
14 by reference.
