J "" / - - - - C/fbF SAN BER::iARDINO ,:)- MEMORANDU'9 '" " ~// / To Frank schuma From Shauna Clark r Subject General Plan Amendment 85-2 Date December 4, 1985 Approved Date The following is a transcription of the tape con~erning Council Member Marks' directions regarding General Plan Amendment 85-2: "LOoking at Map 85-2: The area north of Foothill Boulevard - change the General Plan to include General Commercial zoning along the north side of Foothill ~oUlevard from the existing commercial Code on the west side of the plan to the east side of 'the plan. with respect to the commercial Industrial designation on the easterly side of the southern half of the planning area, go ahead and extend that out to the bench to be Commercial Industrial. corning south on Foothill Boulevard, the General Plan designation is to change for the existing vacant PRO 14, and existing vacant Multiple Family R-3-3000 to Mobile Horne 14 units per acre. with respect to property immediately adjacent to and in the vicinity of north Rialto Avenue, to have the General Plan amended to reflect current zoning from the north side of Rialto Avenue from the west side of the study area to the easterly side of the study area (between the railroad tracks and Rialto Avenue) . ;; In other words, amend the General Plan to conform to the current zoning.
