2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITIES OF
3'11 RIALTO, COLTON, LOMA LINDA, AND REDLANDS, AND COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO RELATING TO A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF THE
1 AGREEMENTS AND AN INCREASE IN THE FEE FOR IMPOUNDING CANINES AND
I FELINES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
6 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
8 hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
9 First Amendment to Agreements with the Cities of Ria1to, Colton,
10 Lorna Linda, and Redlands, and the County of San Bernardino
11 relating to a one year extension of the term of the agreements
12 and an increase in the fee for impounding canines and felines for
13 fiscal year 1985-1986, copies of which are attached hereto,
14 marked Exhibit "A" through Exhibit "E", respectively, and
15 incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at
16 length.
17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
18 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
