RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO IMPOSING LIENS ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE COSTS OF THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE. (752 WEST 9TH STREET, 3199 NORTH CALIFORNIA STREET, 1663 WEST CLEVELAND, 2268 NORTH GENEVIEVE). BE IT RESOLVE!) The City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapters 15.04, 15.16, and 15.28, and other laws, did lawfully cause public nuisance abatements on the real property described in Exhibit "Ap, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference a's 12 though fully set forth. The last known owners of record as to 13 each such parcel are also specified in Exhibit PAP. 141 Due notice was given to the person or persons having an 151 interest in said property and a hearing was held by the Board of 161.
