The TGIF Restaurant is striving to be opened in March, 1986, and will require the extension of Hospitality Lane in order to have adequate access. We recommend the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids. URGENCY CLAUSE Notification of the grant award is expected from EDA by 9-30-85. It is imperative that advertising be started as soon as possible in order to approximate the schedule for Park Centre development.
