against the City

In order to provide the Mayor and Common Council with the
most up-to-date information, a special report is required
from our third party administrator. The information has been
received and is being analyzed. The claims analysis requires
the specific costs associated with each department as you
have requested. It is anticipated that the report will be
complete and ready for your January 4th meeting.
Additionally, departments have provided information regading
their departmental procedures and policies with respect to
guarding against claims. This information will be included
in the January 4th report as well.
