REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
At the November 6, 1987, meeting of the Board of Building
Commissioners (BBC), staff recommended immediate demolition
of the house located at 151 South "I" street. On November
19, 1987, the property owner, Mr. Peter Mier, filed a letter
(attached) with the city Clerk's Office appealing the
decision of the BBC. The Mayor and Co~mon Council will need
to set a public hearing for December 21st on this appeal.
URGENCY CLAUSE: Staff could not prepare the request for
Council action in a timely manner and
placement as a supplemental agenda item will
avoid further delay of hearing until January
4, 1987.
