STAFF REPORT
That portion of "F" Street, South of Kendal Drive, was dedicated to the City
on Tract No. 11326 and 11329. This portion of "F" Street was named because of
the street alignment with County "F" Street, North of Kendall Drive. This
has caused some confusion because that portion of "F" Street, which is
primarily an East/West street, does not align with the City portion of "F"
Street, which is a North/South street.
It was the originally intention of the developer to name this street Shandin
Hills Circle, to coincide with adjacent Shandin Hills Drive.
At the present, this area is under development, but there are no buildings
located along that portion of "F" Street, and no address changes would be
necesary.
Based on the above information, this department recommends changing the name
of "F" Street, South of Kendall Drive, to Shandin Hills Circle, and that the
Real Property Section of the Public Works Department be authorized to proceed
wi th the name change.
