- REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
At the November 6, 1987, meeting of the Board of Building
Commissioners (BBC) , staff recommended immediate demolition
of the house located at 151 South "r" Street. On November
19, 1987, the property owner, Mr. Peter Mier, filed a letter
(attached) with the City Clerk's Office appealing the
decision of the BBC. The Mayor and Common Council will need
to set a public hearing for December 21st on this appeal.
URGENCY CLAUSE: Staff could not prepare the request for
Council action in a timely manner and
placement as a supplemental agenda item will
avoid further delay of hearing until January
4, 1987.
