the positions of City Attorney Investigator.
Programmer I and Senior Accountant and
deleting the position of Accountant II.

Synopsis of Previous Council action:
1. As per the City Attorney's office the City Attorney Investigator position was
approved during the FY 87-88 budget process.
2. Council Personnel Committee reviewed and recommended Programmer I at their
meeti ng of October 8. 198?
3. Senior Accountant is a title change per the Classification Study. This action
is to place the classifications in the proper unit.

Adopt Resolution.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. l0584 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION. . .
ESTABLISHING....EMPLOYER-EMPLOyEE RELATIONS...."; BY ADDING
THE POSITIONS OF CITY ATTORNEY INVESTIGATOR, PROGRAMMER I
AND SENIOR ACCOUNTANT AND DELETING THE POSITION OF
ACCOUNTANT II.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10584, Section 17.2, Sub-
section (A) is amended to read as follows:
"(A) Confidential employees, as defined in Section 3
hereof, shall include those individuals occupying the
following positions and are a part of th Management/Confi-
dential Group:
