At the meeting of August 10, 1987, the Mayor and Common
Counc II approved the Library Budget I n the amount of
$2,423,260 and allocated It In monthl y amounts of 1/12. The
debt service of $706,000 was to be paid by the City and was
excluded from the al location.
The fol lowing Is a summary of personal services through
September 22 and other recorded expenses through the end of
September. Three monthly allocations of 1/12 would allow
expendl-ture of 25%.
