Recommended motion:
That the request to amend the final map for
Tract No. 12949, by deletion of a portion of
Tudor Hill Drive, between Amber Hill Drive and
Lot No. 18, be approved.

Subject: Request for Amending
Tract Map No. 12949
Amber hills, San Bernardino,
California
Dear Sir:
On behalf of Amber Hills, Inc. I hereby request ,that a
portion of Tudor Hill Drive be deleted as shown on the
attached Exhibit "An. Proposed is a cul-de-sac which termi-
nates at Lot 18 and a private driveway off of Tudor Hill Drive
to serve Lot 1.
This request is based on the following findings:
1. Tudor Hill Drive as designed has a grade of 14.98% which makes
it difficult for fire and service vehicles to negotiate.
2. All the houses to be built on this tract will have sprinklers
and will be written into the C.C.&R.'s for the tract.
3. The right of way will be increased from 38' to 48' for that
portion of Amber Hill Drive fronting an Lot 19.
4. Trash pickup for Lot 1 will be at Amber Hill Drive.
5. Fire, community services and planning departments have
reviewed this request and are in concurrence.
