'-' STAFF REPORT Plans for the installation of this storm ~rain have been prepared by the Engineering Division and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of installih~ a 75-inth master plan storm drain, from the present terminus at the south line of the freeway to the northeasterly property line of the. Scottish Rites parcel. Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost: Contingencies (7%)i TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 284,399 20,000 $ 304,399 21,301 $ 325,700 Construction Contract Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1797) Sub-Total An amount of $255,000 has been allocated, under Account No. 248-368-57816, "University Storm Drain," to finance the cost of this project. It is recommended that the necessary supplemental funds be allocated, from the unappropriated balance in the Storm Drain Construction Fund, after the bids are opened and the exact amount is known.
