Recommended motion:
That the Mayor be authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance
with GTEL business systems for delivery and installation of the
NEAX 2400 PABX City telephone system.

STAFF REPORT
In September 1986, the City entered into an agreement with
GTEL Business Systems for purchase and installation of a NEAX
2400 PABX City telephone system. The City used Communication
Resources Company (CRC) as the City's consultant during the
installation,
The installation is now complete. Final walk through was
conducted with CRC and GTEL personnel on August 27, 1987. The
few items needing correction will be completed prior to
action by your Council.

This letter serves to clarify all issues regarding final system acceptance.
As mutually agreed on. 011 locations are in proper working order according
to bid specifications. Based upon the walk-through of August 27, 1987,
minor deficiencies are noted and will be corrected in a timely manner.
Upon completion of construction of the third and fourth floors, all cable
and reprogramming requirements will be fulfilled by ComAid.
We feel all items of mutual interest are addressed and, thus. request your
signature on our Certificate of Acceptance.
Your cooperation on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
