Synopsis of Previous Council action:
In previous fiscal years, The Mayor and Common Council has authorized
the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) to allocate
SB-325 funds to OMNITRANS for public transportation services, and to
the City of San Bernardino for local streets and roads.
Recommended motion:
Authorize the Finance Director to submit a claim for the 1987-88 TDA Article
8 monies from SCAG in the amount $189,290.

STAFF REPORT
The City of San Bernardino has been allocated $189,290.00 of Article 8 Funds
for the 1987-88 Fiscal Year for the use by the City of San Bernardino for
Street Construction Fund purposes. The Southern California Association of
Governments (SCAG) requires a resolution or minute order, to request such
funds. Therefore, we are requesting approval by the Mayor and Common Council
to do so.
